Passionate about analyzing market trends, business challenges, and opportunities, Mary Claire works closely with integrated teams to establish strategies that effectively address market challenges. Mary Claire has deep experience in developing key stakeholder relationships, navigating regulatory actions and data milestones, enhancing corporate and executive visibility, and developing disease-awareness campaigns.
Her prior experience includes Fleishman-Hillard, where she worked with clients such as Novartis, Forest Laboratories, and MedImmune. In addition, she worked on corporate communications with Noonan/Russo, where she partnered with biotechnology and life sciences companies to enhance their corporate reputations within the media and financial communities. Mary Claire has experience in a broad range of therapeutic areas, including pain, neuroscience, rare diseases, vaccines, and women’s health.
A mom of two, she works hard to instill in her children a love of adventure, great food, and all things French.
Megan is an accomplished healthcare PR executive with a proven track record of using strategy-based creativity to deliver measurable business results to her clients. She has led the development and implementation of innovative PR programs that touched the minds and hearts of patients, caregivers, and influencers.
Her fields of expertise include women’s health, cardiology, oncology, CNS, diabetes, respiratory, dermatology, and men’s health. In addition, as a veteran of high-profile brand wars, Megan has played offense and defense for top biopharmaceutical companies, including Merck, Pfizer, EMD Serono, and others. She graduated with honors from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a B.A. in economics and theatre arts.
Brian Reid has nearly 20 years of experience in health care reporting, materials development, online journalism, and public relations. His experience gives him a broad perspective on communicating complex medical information for a range of audiences. At Twist, Brian provides high-level strategies, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and counsel on issues management.
Prior to joining Twist, Brian worked as a health journalist, first for Bloomberg News, where he covered the FDA and health science, and later as a freelance journalist for publications ranging from Bloomberg to the Washington Post and Nature Biotechnology. He also has an extensive history of writing for the web, including stints as a contributor at washingtonpost.com and forbes.com.
He has a B.S. in biology and political science from Emory University and an M.S. from the Columbia University School of Journalism.
Danielle is an integrated communications and marketing specialist with over 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, Danielle has managed campaigns within the global healthcare market, ranging from high-science and first-in-class, to orphan drug launches, chronic disease education initiatives, and mature product defense. She is accomplished in delivering product and franchise branding, commercial sales development, and experiential marketing events.
At Twist, she is the healthcare leader for the London and Switzerland offices. Danielle has been on the client side in the world of communications, marketing, and market access, and was responsible for managing new indication approvals, rejections and launches, global and local adaptation of projects for Europe, Latin America, and Asia, and stakeholder engagement programs.
Danielle never stops. Literally. She currently has one marathon left to complete the “seven marathons on seven continents” challenge. Hint: It’s not Antarctica.
The Leader of W2O’s Chicago office, Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare, consumer, and retail communications strategy to Twist. She has a proven track record in partnering with clients to build and implement integrated communications campaigns that advance business objectives and address both patient and consumer needs. Her areas of focus in healthcare include women’s and men’s health, oncology, mental health and dermatology. Jessica’s consumer retail experience includes cosmetics, haircare and fragrance. She also has a reputation as a trusted regulatory and issues management counselor.
Jessica graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A. in Journalism. Additionally, she minored in Health Studies and Political Science. Her two favorite ways to spend her time include yoga and any kind of home renovation project—the messier the better.
